I had an amazing experience with Patrick and his team.  He guided me through the right products and sound system for my home.  He made it easy to understand the process and took the stress out.  He made payment convenient.  He set the right expectations on timelines and product use.  Patrick checked in several times during the project as Covid was putting pressure on the supply chain and orders.  He kept me updated on status, checked in after installation as well.  Would highly recommend Patrick Coughlin audio for anyone (big or small projects) who wants a top notch stereo system.  He will be my go to for any future projects. Side Note: I had a 3 day old puppy and Patrick even knew how to get him to sleep in the crate...next level customer experience :)
